San Bernardino is the county seat, and it's right next door to us in Colton. We're under homes over there all the time. The thing about San Bernardino is the age of the housing. Big chunks of the city went up between the 1920s and the 1960s, and a lot of those homes still have the original pipe in the walls and the original clay sewer line running out to the street. That's good bones in some ways. It's also where most of the plumbing trouble starts.
